Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 April 2026 · Pre-launch website

This Privacy Policy describes how Ostinato Ltd. (“Ostinato”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through this pre-launch marketing website. Ostinato is registered in Dublin, Ireland. We are not yet authorized to provide crowdfunding services and no securities are offered through this site.

1. Data we collect

When you join the waitlist or apply as an artist, we collect only the information you submit through the form: typically your email address, first name, optional preferences, and (for artists) the streaming and project details you choose to share. We may also collect basic technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, page visited) for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why we use it

  • To notify you about Ostinato’s launch and the first IPOs.
  • To review artist applications and respond to enquiries.
  • To prevent abuse of our forms (rate limiting, spam filtering).

Our legal basis under the GDPR is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for marketing communications, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for security and basic site analytics.

3. Who sees it

Your data is kept on systems operated by our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, and — once configured — an email provider such as Resend for transactional and notification email). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Where it lives

Hosting and processing may occur in the European Union or, where our providers operate globally, in other regions under appropriate transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or until two years after Ostinato’s public launch, whichever comes first. Artist applications are kept for up to three years for due-diligence purposes.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ostinato.fm.

7. Cookies

This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, a consent banner will appear and you will be able to opt out before any non-essential cookies are set.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as we move toward authorization. Material changes will be announced on this page; the “last updated” date above will reflect each revision.
